How to think about choosing

Boardroom / breakout (under 50 people): One pair of QSC K8 or K12 on stands handles voice and light playback comfortably without overwhelming the room.
Reception or ceremony (50–200 people): QSC K12 pairs with a KW181 sub for music. Wireless mic for officiant or toasts ties in cleanly.
Corporate general session (200–800 people): Flown JBL VRX932LAP line array per side, ground-stack subs, FOH digital console. Even coverage front to back, headroom for music between sessions.
Large ballroom or concert (800+ people): dB Technologies V12 line array with full sub array, dedicated monitor world if a band is playing, FOH and monitor engineers from our team.
Outdoor events: Same gear, weather-protected, with extra coverage for the off-axis areas standing speakers can’t reach.

For line array deployments, our team handles the rigging, motor points, safety chains, and load calculations — nothing goes overhead without proper flown-rigging engineering.
