TV size by use case

• 43–55″ on rolling stands: Trade-show booth playback, registration table looping content, breakout-room digital signage, small meeting displays.
• 65″ on rolling stands or truss: Mid-room confidence monitors, secondary signage in larger registration areas, corporate breakouts.
• 75″ and 85–90″ on heavy-duty rolling stands or wall-mounted: Main displays in conference rooms without projection, hospitality suites, broadcast green rooms, executive announcement events.

Confidence monitors — why every keynote needs one

Watch any high-end keynote and you’ll notice the presenter is looking out into the audience, not down at notes or back at the screen. That’s a confidence monitor doing its job — a discreet flat-screen at the foot of the stage, facing the speaker, showing the same slides the audience sees. Combined with a wireless presenter clicker, it’s the difference between a presenter who looks confident and one who looks like they’re fumbling through PowerPoint. Our confidence monitors come with their own black-skirted stands and tie cleanly into the program video feed.

Mounts and stands

For the TV itself, we offer black rolling stands in two configurations — with cabling sleeve to hide the runs, or with a shelf for media players, switchers, or laptops. For truss-integrated rigs (typically in concert and large corporate setups), our truss TV stands mount cleanly into existing rigging. For permanent or semi-permanent installs, TV wall mounts with cable management. We don’t allow customer pickup on TV rentals — flat screens are fragile and require proper transport plus on-site technician install — but we’ll deliver, mount, calibrate, and strike.
