What We Build Most Often

General sessions The room the whole conference is judged on. An LED wall or large-format projection, line-array audio that reaches the back row, stage wash so the speakers photograph well, IMAG camera switching, and a show caller running the run-of-show to the minute.
Town halls & all-hands Usually hybrid now, which means a real streaming setup rather than a laptop on a chair — camera switching, encoders, confidence monitors, and audio the remote half of the company can actually hear.
Galas & award shows Scenic and lighting design, uplighting in the brand color, a logo gobo, walk-up music and cues that land. The production is part of the brand, and the photos run all year.
Trade shows & launches Booth displays, presentation stages on the floor, and product reveals where the timing of a light and a sound cue is the entire effect. Plus the power to run all of it.

One Crew, One Quote, One Point of Contact

Corporate AV goes wrong in the seams — the audio company blaming the video company, the lighting arriving after the stage is built, nobody owning the moment the CEO’s microphone cuts out. We handle audio, video, lighting, staging, power and crew under one roof, which means one number to call and nobody to referee.

From the published event production cost guide: full corporate AV with audio, video and lighting typically runs $2,000–$15,000+ depending on headcount and program, and a general session for 300 usually lands in the $8,000–$20,000 range. You get one itemized quote, and the number on it is the number on the invoice.

If your event is in a hotel, you are not required to use the in-house AV desk — here is how bringing in an independent company works. We produce at Music City Center, the convention hotels, and venues across Middle Tennessee, and we travel for larger productions. Common Questions

How much does corporate event AV cost in Nashville?

From our published cost guide, full corporate event AV with audio, video and lighting typically runs $2,000 to $15,000+ depending on headcount, venue and program. A general session for about 300 people — sound, projection or an LED wall, stage wash, staging and crew — usually lands in the $8,000 to $20,000 range. Every quote is itemized, so you can see what each element costs and adjust before you sign.

Can we bring you into a hotel that has in-house AV?

Almost always, yes. Most Nashville hotel contracts allow an outside AV company, and planners commonly save a meaningful amount doing it. We coordinate directly with the hotel's operations team on load-in, power and rigging so the day runs smoothly. We are independent — not the in-house or preferred vendor at any venue — which is exactly why we can be honest about what your room actually needs.

Do you handle hybrid and live streaming?

Yes, as a scoped part of the production rather than an add-on. That means camera switching, encoders, confidence monitors, a dedicated operator, and either the venue's internet properly provisioned or our own connectivity. A laptop on a chair at the back of the room is not hybrid, and remote attendees can tell within thirty seconds.

How far in advance should we book a general session?

Four to eight weeks gives us time to do the venue advance properly, draw the stage plot, and hold the right inventory — especially for LED walls in peak conference season. Single-day meetings and smaller events can often be turned much faster. If your date is close, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it right.

Do you provide crew, or just the equipment?

Both, depending on what you need. Full production comes with a technical director, operators at each position, and a show caller running the program. Straightforward rentals can be delivered and set by our crew, and smaller items are available for will-call pickup. Most corporate events want the crew, because the value is somebody in the room who fixes the problem before you notice it.

Do you travel outside Nashville for corporate events?

Yes. We deliver across Middle Tennessee and travel for larger productions to Huntsville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, Birmingham and Bowling Green — and we have taken full productions as far as the Omni in San Antonio. Travel is itemized on the same quote as the gear and labor, never discovered later.
