Unfortunately they were unavailable, so we hired Nashville AV (with Hilton Nashville Green Hills’ recommendation) to help with tech assistance and a few small items the hotel did not provide. He was early (before 6am!) and did a great job making sure our general session and breakouts were set up perfectly, following our script and prompts for slides, videos, and sound to a T.
