Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Nashville Audio Visual, LLC (“NAV,” “we,” “us”) operates nashvilleaudiovisual.com and our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We are an event production company, not a data business: the only reason we collect anything is to answer you and run your event.
Information you give us
When you use the quote or contact form, you send us your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event (type, date, venue, services you are interested in, and your message). We use that information to reply to you, prepare a quote, and, if you book, to plan and deliver the event. Form submissions are delivered to our office email through a transactional email provider (SMTP2GO) and kept in our business records for as long as we work with you and as our accounting and legal obligations require.
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence the same way. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Information our website records
Our server keeps a plain traffic log: the time, the page requested, the referring site or search engine, and the browser’s user-agent string. This log uses no cookies and no tracking script; it is used to see which pages and search engines bring visitors and to keep automated crawlers separate from people.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Google sets its own cookies to measure page views and to tell us when a visit came from one of our ads. Google’s handling of that data is described in Google’s privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally without them.
Some pages embed YouTube videos or Google Maps. Those embeds are served by Google and may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Venue photographs on a few pages are supplied by Google Places and displayed with the attribution Google requires.
Facebook and Instagram
We publish to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta’s official tools. That publishing does not read, store, or use any data about the people who see or interact with those posts beyond what Meta shows every page owner. If you message us on either platform, we use that conversation only to reply to you. Meta’s own privacy policy governs what Meta collects.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business (our web host, email delivery, and Google’s analytics and advertising services named above), with venues and vendors when it is necessary to produce your event, and when the law requires it. Each provider is permitted to use the information only to provide its service to us.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nashvilleaudiovisual.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records that are required for tax, insurance, or contract purposes.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site does not need them.
- Reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us that you no longer want.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Substantive changes will be noted here.
