Nashville Audio Visual is a full-service event production company — the same inventory that goes out on our trucks to Music City Center and the Gaylord is available to rent from the counter. How Will-Call Works
Call, or send the list through our quote form and choose “Will-call rental.” Tell us the dates, the room, and roughly how many people. We confirm availability, price, and your pickup window.
Your order is pulled, tested, and packed with cables, stands and power included — connections labeled so it goes together the way it came apart.
Bring a vehicle that fits the order (a PA package fits a sedan; a projector package fits a back seat). Ten-minute walkthrough at the counter. Deposit and ID handled when you reserve — see how to pay.
Return at the agreed time — day, weekend or week rentals. Friday-out, Monday-back is the most common. Questions mid-event? The same phone number reaches a technician.

Will-Call Rental FAQ
Can I get will-call gear the same day?
Often, yes. Smaller orders — a wireless mic kit, a two-speaker PA, a meeting-room projector — can usually be confirmed and ready the same day during business hours. Call 615-988-4554 with what you need and when you can be here; for anything over a few pieces, a day's notice gets you first pick of inventory.
Is there a minimum order for will-call?
No minimum. A single wireless handheld or one powered speaker is a normal will-call order. Most will-call pickups fall in the Meeting & Presentation tier of our rental packages — a complete two-speaker PA from about $300, a meeting-room projector and screen from about $400 — and single items are priced below that.
Do I need an account or a deposit?
You don't need an account. We confirm the deposit, ID and payment details when you reserve — see how to pay for accepted methods (credit card, ACH, check, and crypto). Corporate and repeat clients can be invoiced.
Will someone show me how to set it up?
Yes. Every will-call order leaves with the connections labeled and a short walkthrough at the counter — typically ten minutes for a PA or projector package. If you'd rather not set it up yourself, ask about delivery with a technician instead; that's the line between will-call and our full-service rentals.
Can I pick up Friday and return Monday?
Yes — weekend rentals are common. Pickup and return times are agreed when you reserve, and we're reachable seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM to coordinate.
What isn't available for will-call?
Flat-screen TVs (they're fragile and travel only with our technicians), line-array sound systems, LED video walls, stage decks and anything that rigs overhead. Those come with delivery and crew — start on our AV equipment rental page or request a quote.
What if I realize I need a technician after all?
Call us. We can convert a will-call order to delivery-and-setup, or add an engineer or operator, as long as crew is available — often on the same day for smaller events.
Do you rent to individuals, or only companies?
Both. Corporate AV coordinators, church and school tech teams, touring engineers, wedding planners and individuals all use will-call. The gear is the same professional inventory our production crews use.
