We deliver to the venue, build it, test it and come back to strike. For meeting rooms, receptions and breakouts where the gear runs itself once it’s right.

Delivered with crew

A technician or engineer stays for the event — sound mixed, video switched, lighting cued. When there’s a stage, a client watching, or a room over ~150 people. This is where rental becomes event production.

Will-call pickup

Reserve it, pick it up at 830 Fesslers Pkwy, set it up yourself. Mics, speakers, mixers, projectors, uplighting, pipe and drape — often same-day.

How much does AV equipment rental cost in Nashville?

Published package ranges: a complete two-speaker PA from $300–$700, a meeting-room projector and screen package $400–$900, an LED video wall from $3,000 including an operator, and staging quoted per configuration. Do you deliver and set up, or do I pick up?

Both. Most orders are delivered, set up, tested and struck by our crew — with a technician on site if the event needs one. Smaller orders (mics, speakers, mixers, projectors, uplighting, pipe and drape) are available for will-call pickup at our Fesslers Pkwy warehouse, often same-day.

What's the difference between AV rental and event production?

Rental is the gear, delivered or picked up, with setup if you want it. Event production is the whole show: design, crew, show call, video switching, lighting programming and strike. Many clients use both — production for the general session, rental for the breakouts.

How far ahead should I book?

Will-call and single-room orders can often be confirmed same-day. Conference and convention packages with crew should be booked as early as the venue is — spring and fall conference seasons fill first. We quote within one business day.

Can you bring rental gear into a hotel or convention center with in-house AV?

Yes, almost always. You're usually free to use an outside provider; the venue may charge a buy-out or require a certificate of insurance, which we provide within one business day. Our in-house vs independent AV guide covers the details.

Which areas do you serve?

Nashville and Davidson County first, then Williamson, Rutherford, Sumner and Wilson counties for delivery; regional production across Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama for larger events. Will-call is pickup at our Nashville warehouse.
