Memphis is about 210 miles west of our Nashville warehouse on I-40 — three to three and a half hours by truck — and we travel there for conventions, corporate general sessions, galas, and multi-day conferences that need full production: LED video walls, line-array audio, stage lighting, staging, and a crew that runs the show call. How far in advance should we book a Memphis production?
For a convention general session or a multi-day conference, four to eight weeks gives us time to do the venue advance properly and hold the right inventory. Galas and single-day corporate events can often be turned faster. If your date is close, call — we will tell you honestly whether we can do it right.
Can you stream or run a hybrid session from Memphis?
Yes. We bring the camera switching, encoders, and confidence monitors for IMAG and live streaming, and we coordinate the venue's internet or bring our own connectivity for the feed. Hybrid is scoped and staffed as part of the show, not bolted on at the back of the room.
