How much does it cost to rent string lights in Nashville?
String lights are priced by the run — how many feet, how many support points, and whether our crew hangs them or you pick them up. Send us the venue and a photo of the space and we will quote it. For context, our published lighting ranges start at $500–$1,500 for LED uplighting; a string-light canopy over a tent or patio is quoted from the layout.
Can I pick up string lights myself?
Yes. Strands, cord and basic hardware are available for will-call pickup from our Nashville warehouse, often same-day. Canopies over a guest floor — anything spanning a tent, a courtyard, or a dance floor — we hang ourselves, because a sagging or fallen strand above guests is not a look.
What is the difference between bistro lights, cafe lights and Edison strands?
Mostly the name. All three describe a heavy-gauge cord with exposed bulbs spaced along it. Edison refers to the filament-style bulb; bistro and cafe describe the restaurant-patio look. Do string lights need special power outdoors?
They need weather-protected runs and a plan for where the power comes from. Our crew brings outdoor-rated cable and, where the venue has no power nearby, ties into our power distribution so a rain shower or a full bar line does not take the canopy down.
