At Nashville Audio Visual, we believe the best events are built on collaboration. Nobody produces a great show alone — not the venue, not the planner, not the AV company. The events people remember are the ones where everyone involved worked as a single team. After three decades and 25,000+ events in Music City, we’ve learned exactly what that takes. Here’s what partnership actually looks like from our side of the loading dock.
Partnering With Venues
Walk through our gallery and you’ll see the same names come up again and again — The Parthenon, The Cordelle, the Musicians Hall of Fame, Clementine Hall, and hotel ballrooms all over town. That’s not an accident. When a venue works with us repeatedly, we learn the building: where the power is, what the ceiling can hold, which corners eat sound, and how to load in without disrupting the lobby. That knowledge compounds. The tenth show we do in a room is smoother, faster, and better-looking than the first — and the venue knows it can hand us the keys and stop worrying.
For several premier Nashville hotels, the partnership goes further: we serve as their in-house AV team, supporting their clients’ events day in and day out.
Partnering With Planners
Event planners juggle a hundred vendors, and the AV partner is the one whose failure is the most public. Our job is to be the vendor a planner never has to chase — we show up to the walkthrough, flag the problems before they’re expensive, and put everything in one all-in quote so there are no surprise line items at the end. Planners who work with us once tend to bring us to their next event, and the one after that. That repeat relationship is the whole business model: it’s cheaper for us to keep a partner happy than to find a new one, and the planner gets a production team that already speaks their language.
Partnering With Clients
Corporate conferences, nonprofit fundraisers, album launches, weddings — every one starts with the same conversation: what are you trying to make people feel? The gear list comes second. When we understand the goal, we can put lighting, sound, and video to work in service of it — and just as importantly, tell you what you don’t need to spend money on. That honesty is why our clients’ budgets keep coming back to us year after year.
What Partnership Gets You
- One team, one quote — audio, video, lighting, power, and crew, coordinated from the first call to the final strike.
- Institutional knowledge — we remember your show file, your room, and what worked last year.
- Honest counsel — we’ll tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.
- A crew that stays — the same experienced technicians, show after show.
Whether it’s a corporate conference, a live concert, a nonprofit fundraiser, or a private celebration, we work as partners — not vendors. Let’s create something extraordinary together.
