Empty Room In.
Masterpiece Out.
A Bare Room at Acme.
A Production Worth Remembering.
It started the way the best events always do — with an empty room and a blank canvas. LEF Marketing & Events brought us into Acme Feed & Seed, the iconic spot perched right at the center of all the action in downtown Nashville, and asked us to turn four bare walls into something their guests wouldn't forget.
Acme is a true Nashville gem — Broadway out the front door, the river out the back, and a room with real character. Our job was to honor that energy and elevate it: take a versatile event space and build a stage that looked like a national broadcast set the moment people walked in. Follow the venue at @acmenashville.
"Give us an empty room and a few hours. We'll hand you back a visual masterpiece."
— Nashville Audio Visual production teamThe Centerpiece: A Full LED Video Wall
The anchor of the room was a large-format LED video wall — bright, seamless, and impossibly crisp under house lighting. Unlike projection, an LED wall holds its punch even with uplighting washing the room, so the brand content and presentation graphics stayed vivid from the front row to the back of the house.
Flanking the stage we ran two 86″ displays as confidence and content monitors, keeping presenters on-script and giving every seat a clean sightline to the visuals. A custom backdrop and rich purple uplighting tied the whole look together — the kind of stage design that photographs beautifully and reads clearly from every angle in the room.
16 Inputs In. One Perfect Transcript Out.
This event wasn't just seen — it was captured. We deployed a QSC line array audio system for clean, even coverage across the entire room: no dead spots, no feedback, no surprises. Just intelligible, natural sound whether you were at the podium or the back row.
Behind the scenes, we ran 16 inputs of live conversation into a capture-and-transcription workflow. Every mic, every voice, every exchange was tracked and transcribed — so when the meeting wrapped, the client walked out with a complete, accurate transcript of the entire session. No "we'll circle back on the notes." The record was done before the chairs were stacked. See how we approach event audio for capture-critical meetings.
That's the difference between an event that happens and an event that produces something. The visuals made the room. The audio made it count.
Seen by Everyone.
Captured Word for Word.
A bare room at one of Nashville's most beloved venues became a full broadcast-grade stage — and the client left with both the experience and a perfect transcript of every word. That's what full-service production looks like.
